Q: What does the Art Garden offer?
A: The Art Garden offers a variety of programs and events for all ages and artistic experience! You don't need to identify as an artist to get involved.
Q: Does the Art Garden offer any classes?
A: The Art Garden offers programs and studio time with a focus on self-direction. We occasionally offer workshops based on interest.
Q: Does it cost anything to attend?
A: We offer a variety of no-cost, low-cost, and pay-what-you-can options depending on the program or event. When our expenses are supported by grants or community donations, we're able to reduce or eliminate fees.
Our goal is to make our programs and events accessible to all, regardless of ability to pay.
Q: Can I participate in Community Exhibits?
A: Yes! Anyone can submit art to our community exhibits. Our shows are unjuried and open to all who are responding to the current theme.
Q: Does The Art Garden accept donations of materials for art making?
A: Yes! We do accept some new and used art supplies as well as a variety of materials that can be
transformed into art.

(there are some supplies we have too much of)
and arrange a time to bring it to The Art Garden.
Supplies need to be clean and usable.
Q: Is the Art Garden a nonprofit?
A: Yes! The Art Garden is a 501c3 non-profit organization. We acknowledge financial gifts as charitable contributions for tax purposes.
Q: Where is the Art Garden located?
A: The Art Garden is located in the Shelburne Falls Trolley Museum building.
Year-round access to our parking is from Elm Street.
We don't recommend using a GPS to get to us, it could lead you astray!
